Which spa package should I book?
Book the Half Day ($295–$335) for a massage and a long facial, Stay the Day ($390–$535) for a full day with meals, the couples packages to share the schedule with someone, and the Men’s Package ($270–$320) for a cut, massage and facial. Couples prices are per person.

How does booking a package work?
In online booking each package is a list of steps. You choose the option for each step, such as Swedish or deep tissue, or a facial or a head spa, and the booking system builds the schedule. Meal choices for the Stay the Day packages are sent after booking.

Questions about spa packages and gift cards
Do gift cards expire, and can they cover a full package and gratuity?
Spalenza gift cards are valid for at least seven years, in accordance with Massachusetts law. They can be used toward eligible spa and salon services and packages, but not toward gratuity. Any unused balance stays on the card for future visits, with cash redemption when Massachusetts law requires it. Buy one on the Spalenza gift card page.
Are couples packages priced per couple or per person?
Per person. For two guests, Couples Half Day comes to $520–$730 and Couples Stay the Day to $830–$1,010.
Why is the price a range?
Each package has options, such as a 60 or 90-minute massage or a facial or head spa. The range goes from the lowest to the highest combination; the exact total shows when you book.
Can I book a couples massage on its own?
Not online. The couples massage is booked through the Couples Half Day or Couples Stay the Day package.
Is shower access included?
Stay the Day lists shower access as one of its steps, with a 15-minute time limit. The other packages do not list it.
Can I book a group or bridal spa party?

What is the cancellation policy?
Changes need 24 hours’ notice: a late cancellation or change is charged 50% of the service, and a missed appointment is charged in full, to the card that holds the booking.
