Any unused balance stays on the card for future visits, with cash redemption when Massachusetts law requires it. Gift cards are sold online through Phorest.
What is the cancellation policy?
Give 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Late cancellations and changes are charged 50% of the service, and missed appointments are charged in full, to the card that holds the booking.
