What information we collect
Information you send us. When you use a contact form (the “Message us” button, the pop-up window or a form on a page) we receive your name, phone number, email address, the topic you choose, your message, how you heard about us (optional) and your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically with a form. To know which pages and channels bring requests, each form also sends the page you were on, the page title, the site you came from (referrer), campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and a short record of your first visit (date, entry page and channel). This first-visit record is kept in your browser’s local storage under the name spz_ft. We also keep short-lived session values (spz_exit, spz_sent, spz_form and spz_ch) so the pop-up window is not shown again after you close it or send a message, and so a sent message can be counted once, without your name or contact details.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operation. This website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare.
How we use it

- To understand which pages, channels and campaigns bring requests, so we can improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your form data for automated decisions.
Who receives it
- The Spalenza Spa front desk and management.
- Axel SEO, the marketing agency that manages this website, which receives a copy of form messages to measure results.
- Our email delivery provider, Resend, which delivers form messages by email.
Third-party services
- Phorest runs online booking and gift cards. When you book or buy a gift card you use Phorest’s pages, under Phorest’s own privacy policy.
- Google Maps and the Google Business Profile open when you follow a map or review link.
- Jotform loads more Google reviews on the home page only if you press “See more Google reviews”.
- Analytics: this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they will run only after you agree, and this policy will be updated first.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Booking and gift card records are kept by Phorest under its own policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to spalenzaspaadm@gmail.com or calling (978) 624-7994. You can clear the browser storage described above at any time in your browser settings.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
